Have you always wanted to know how much is your total SSS Contribution? Lucky for you, you don’t have to go to the nearest SSS Branch just to ask for a copy.
You can do it by yourself and avoid long queue lines and the hassle!
Yes! You heard it right, you can do it by yourself because your SSS contribution can now be verified using your My.SSS account thru SSS Online Inquiry website.
Just like what we did in our previous article on how to check your SSS Salary Loan balance!
To give you the a short summary of the steps on how to know how much is your total SSS Contribution, you need to follow these steps:
- Go to SSS Online Inquiry website (https://www.sss.gov.ph), the official website of Social Security System.
- Log in to your account.
- then go to E-Services > Inquiry
- and lastly, Member Info > Actual Premiums
These are just a quick and short summary of the steps you need to do. If you feel lost and needs more explanation and graphical explanation. Then I advice you to read through the entire article I have written down below.
Here are the few easy steps to follow how can you check your total SSS Contribution.
Let’s start…
In this tutorial, I assumed that you’re already registered in the SSS Online Inquiry (My.SSS).
Total Contribution means the TOTAL amount of the SSS Contribution that you have contributed from the start.
SSS Online Inquiry Website
To check out your Total SSS Contribution, go to the official SSS Website (https://www.sss.gov.ph).
Now, it will present you the “Member Login” area. Enter your correctly your User ID and your Password then click the “Submit“ button.
If you don’t have an account yet, i recommend you to submit an SSS Online Application.
If you forgot your User ID or Password, you can click the “Forgot User ID or Password” feature to retrieve it. To request your User ID, you will be required to enter your registered email address.
An auto generated email with your User ID will be sent right away in your registered email address. If your problem is your Password, just enter your User ID and it will automatically send your password in your registered email. Retrieval of your SSS User ID or Password will only take two to four minutes of your time.
Inquiry for Total SSS Contribution
Back to our tutorial, once you have successfully logged in to your account, it will lead you to the main menu .
From the menu, navigate your mouse over Inquiry to show the entire sub menu and click on the “E-Services”.
SSS Employee Static Information
It will lead you to your SSS Employee Static Information. Ignore this for the mean time since we don’t need this info and we’re after our total Contribution.
Member Info – Actual Premiums
From the sub menu between the Employee Static Information and Member Details, click on the “Member Info” then “Actual Premiums”.
The “Contributions – Actual Premiums” will display all your SSS Contributions remitted every month per year.
Total SSS Contribution
Your Total Amount of SSS Contribution can be found at the bottom together with the number of contributions you’ve already made.
You can now verify if all the deducted SSS Contribution by your current and past Employers are properly remitted.
This is also the chance to verify how much is your total Contribution to date. At the bottom, you’ll see the words “Total Amount of Contributions”.
The amount shown is what you’re looking for!
