STEP 1: MySSS Web Portal
MySSS Web Portal (www.sss.gov.ph online) is an online platform or a web application that provides an online access to all SSS members to view their contribution records, loan status, and benefits. It enables members to perform transactions such as SSS loan applications, SSS Salary Loan, SSS Inquiry of Contribution and update their personal information.
To start our tutorial, using your internet browser, type in https://portal.sss.gov.ph/ to visit the website.
Step 2: SSS Member Log In
At the upper right side of your screen, locate the text link that says “Login to My.SSS”. Hover or place your mouse cursor over that text link. The drop down menu will be displayed and click the first row that says “Member”.
The Member section is dedicated to all members which will direct us to the SSS Members’ Log In area.
STEP 3: Enter SSS User ID and Password
If you already have an account, just enter your User ID and Password then press the “Sign In” button.

STEP 4: Dashboard – SSS Inquiry of Contribution
Right after the log in page, you will be redirected to the SSS Member’s Dashboard where you can perform several task like SSS Inquiry, Loan and Benefits application and some other functionalities readily available to all members.
We will be focusing our efforts on teaching you how to do the dreaded SSS Inquiry of Contribution so we will leave the other functionalities of the platform.
What we need you to do is hover or place your mouse cursor over the text link “INQUIRY”. Another drop down menu will be shown. Press the text link “Contributions”.
Yup, your suspicions are correct! This is the section where your SSS Contributions are displayed. Let’s move on to the next step!
STEP 5: SSS Contribution Inquiry – Summary
You’ve been asking yourself, “Paano malalaman ang contribution sa SSS”? We’ll This is it and this is what you need!
What you’re seeing on the page displayed is the summary of your SSS Contribution over the years!
As you can see, the SSS monthly contributions are presented by Months (columns) and Years (row). It also shows the amount credited to your account.
By looking at these, you can simply see all the remitted SSS Contributions by your employer.
At the bottom, you can see the summary of the Total Number of Contributions Displayed and Not Displayed, Total Number of of Contributions Posted and the total Amount of Contributions.
The number next to the Total Amount of Contributions is what you’re after. Is really self-explanatory what it is.
STEP 6: SSS Contribution Inquiry – Self Employed & Voluntary Member
Our job in teaching you on SSS Inquiry of Contribution is almost done. But it worth mentioning this part for other members who are under Self Employed/Voluntary Members.
At the top, there is a “Tab” that says “SE/VM Contributions”. This section is dedicated to all members who are Self Employed or Voluntary Members. This section reflects all the contributions made and received by SSS.
In my case, during 2019, I declared myself as Self Employed that is why you can see an amount an entries on this part. But if you are purely employed by an SSS registered company, no amount will be shown here. You can only see your contributions at the “Monthly Contributions” tab
